sabi ng room mate ko punta daw akong china town for affordable items. epic failure. hindi ko nakita ung sinasabi nya but i enjoyed myself just the same.

size over matter

tuwing nagagawi ako sa mall na un, lagi ko na lang nadadaanan ang cute na blouse. today i had the courage to look into it myself.

on my way to work yesterday. the new place had always brought me calmness na parang lagi kong gusto kong matulog. hehehe...by the way this an view from the second deck of the bus.

and my first taste of dinuguan sg version. not much of dinuguan taste but ok na din. i liked the vegies more - yummy as in.

sa ilalim ng tulay

naalala ko lang nung bata pa ako. walang pang Nawasa (?) or MWSS sa lugar namin (isa sa squatters' area sa qc) kaya madalas sa ilalim ng tulay kami ni kuya naliligo. bago sya mag "abroad". kainis pag pauwi na kase ung buhangin (may buhangin pa talaga, parang beach lang!) pag dumikit sa paa ko, it felt stingy. weird lang.

nagpunta kami sa fullerton square kase nga gusto ko makita ng overrated merlion. ang dami kong pics kasama sya in fairness. sinulit ko na kase paulan na that time.

sa kai-ikot namin, napunta kami dito sa underpass (not sure kung anong tawag nila) na nagpa "wow" sa akin ng husto. sana ganito din ang ilalim ng tulay natin.

at hindi katulad nito.

meh time!

finally had my facial splendour (not sure) @ citi spa. i was excited at first pero the actual preaking made me cry like i was on the operating table and having my cs operation. grabe sakit. tuloy maga ako paglabas ko.haist...

anyway, i had menudo and chopsuey to complete my me time. :)

simba lang kami ni room mate then lunch at tapa king. heaven ang filipino food plus the pak na i can eat rice today.

guilty Pleasures

hay patawarin nyo na ako. IKR like i know right dapat magtipid. 

i was still in college when i bought my last giordano shirt. i was always a collector coz maganda tela saka usong uso dati. but i still love 'em. my very first branded purchase was an esprit navy blue polo shirt for 19sgd. was priced @ 39sgd before. ok na davah?!

then as mentioned i was in the lucky plaza yesterday to attend the financial coaching eklavu (will hold the post for this as i need to conceptualize, naks!) then as i was walking towards mrt, nakita ko ang most sought garment color ko since i came here - green! not the boring or corny green but i like the way it was greened and the design. but the sales lady told me it was for 19sgd each but if i will buy 3 pieces, it will only costs me 10.90/each.

so how come i have 2 shirts?

i convinced one pinoy stranger looking around the giordano store to buy. i was only intending to buy the green shirt but to be fair to him coz he was holding 2 shirts already that i assumed he'd buy, i bought the yellow one. as i was paying the shirts, he added one more to his puchase. technically, he didn't need me anymore to get the discount so i ran immediately after paying and thanked the guy.

ano nga ba lucky dito? e puro remittances ang lugar. meaning pag alis mo don,laglag petals ka na. you are poorer by the amount na pinadala mo.lol. tapos laksa laksang shops ang paligid na unti unti ring uubos ng pinaghirapan at kayamanan mo. katulad na lang ng nangyari sa akin. o hinde! umatend ako ng seminar to financial freedom pero ung 21sgd ko ang nag fleed. ang saklap.

i was supposed to have posted this yesterday pero hindi ko pa na download ung mga pics so naudlot. then, today is my beloved father's birthday. krayola muna ang emotera the pagka gising pa lang. sus, maga na naman ang fes ko.

anyway, here are some pics from my 2-day adventure and sleep over sa Marina Bay Sands nung nagpunta ang aking kumare, dating officemate and sis all in the same person. LOL. wag na natin syang pangalanan for her own protection. para saan? wala lang gusto ko lang itago care nyo.

please bear with me sa arrangement ng mga pitsur ha. i didn't take the pictures of the lobby/gf coz I know mapupunta ulit ako don no?! Ung mga areas lang na doubtful akong mapuntahahan ko pa ulit. Hahahaha....

so here's the elevator area don sa floor ng room ni sistah. 

may slot area jan sa pic where you should insert the keycard then press mo lang floor of destination. pag walang kay keycard wala ka ring "k" makaayat at makalabas sa ibang floor. so kung joy ride sa elevator lang ang habol mo, keribels na din to.

so this is the famous mbs' skypark. open lang to from 6am to 11pm we were told. these pics were taken during my 2nd day ng sleep-over around 630am cguro. sobrang busy ako pag echos jan tumatawag si house husband ndi ko nasagot. galit na galit. bwahahaha.minsang lang to no!

entrance - hanapan ka ng keycard dito kaya walang lusot mga frends ha. ndi pedeng magkunwaring guest tpos akyat ka dito. juli ang beauty mo.
